The people hired in Roba Amiga EI are people with vulnerability factors who devote their task to developing the productive activities of the insertion company.
The objective of their recruitment, that is to say, of their labor itinerary, is that it is the previous step to the incorporation in the ordinary labor market. During the development of your contract, each person is tutored by an insertion technician and receives the permanent support of a technician accompanying the production (the figure of the manager).
To achieve the main objective of the program, throughout the year, the itinerary develops a wide range of training activities structured in thematic modules, monitoring and evaluation of the person, as well as work intermediation actions with a permanent tutoring. The purpose of this range of training is that the participant increases work skills, basic and cross-cutting; In short, be better prepared to achieve their socio-labor reinsertion.
It should be noted that this set of actions are part of the Program of actions for the improvement of employment and the labor insertion of groups at risk or situations of social exclusion (Lines 1, 2, 3 and 4), ORDEN TSF/235/2017, of 13 October, thanks to the Department of Labor, Social Affairs and Families of the Generalitat of Catalonia, and the European Social Fund of the European Union:

In the last year, Roba Amiga Insertion Company hired 49 people through these insertion contracts. We hope that this 2017 will allow us to maintain and even increase this figure.
On the other hand, Obra Social “la Caixa” finances the project “development competencial per la millora de l’ocupabilitat”
The project aims to improve the employability of the workers of the insertion company, expanding the technical skills of the industrial and logistic sector, as well as the competences of access to the labor market.
The project has allowed the incorporation of a technique of accompaniment to the insertion that has allowed to make a more personalized attention to the workers.
